报告人简介：Dr. Unger is an atmospheric chemist and climate scientist whose research focuses on the development and application of numerical Earth system models to understand and predict interactions between natural and human-induced changes in air quality, climate change and planetary health. She joined the University of Exeter in September 2016 having previously advanced her research for 15 years in the USA at Yale University between 2010-2016 and at NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies between 2002-2010. An international leader in the linkages between air quality, ecosystems and climate, Dr. Unger has published over 70 peer-reviewed papers with an H-index of 31. She has won external grant funding from NASA, USA FAA, USA EPA, UK Newton Fund and NERC. Dr. Unger is a Lead Author for IPCC AR6 WG1 on the short-lived climate forcers. She is a graduate of the Women’s International Leadership Program in New York.
