报告人简介：Prof.KeishiSenoo was born in November, 1959. He has received his bachelor, master, and Ph.D degrees from the University of Tokyo. He works asa full professor atDepartment of Applied Biological Chemistry,Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Science,the University of Tokyo. He is Director of Collaborative Research Institute for Innovative Microbiology, and Director of Biotechnology Research Center, The University of Tokyo. His research fields are soil science and soil microbial ecology. He has received Award for Young Scientists and Award for Excellent Scientists from Japanese Society of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition. He acts asVice Presidentof Japanese Society of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, Editor-in-Chief of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition, and Associate Editor of Microbes & Environments. He is Board member of Japanese Society of Soil Microbiology and Japanese Society of Microbial Ecology, and Executive board memberof Japan Soil Association, respectively. He is member of International Society of Microbial Ecology and International Union of Soil Science. He has gained great achievements in soil microbial ecology of denitrification and nitrous oxide mitigation.
